What is Sipclub?
Good question. Sipclub is a collection of premium classic cocktails, that come in cute but powerful cans. We are all about making the best cocktails accessible anywhere, so you can focus on having a good time. Our focus is exclusively on artisanal classics such as Negroni, Old Fashioned, Margarita and Daiquiri. Each drink is created with the finest ingredients to deliver the best possible value.
Where can I buy Sipclub?

How do I serve Sipclub?
Our cocktails are made from real ingredients and not in a test tube or some lab. They are quite strong, ranging between 23%-32% ABV, like any professionally mixed cocktail you would order your favorite bar. Anything else would just taste like a slushy. We only add very little spring water in the production process to open up the flavors and account for some of that ice water from the mixing process. Therefore you can enjoy them like you want: either straight from the can or you can serve them over ice in a cocktail glass.

What happens if I don't like the cocktails?
We would be really surprised but anything is possible... Before making a final decision, make sure you let your cans chill in the fridge for at least 10 hours before opening them - we only use high quality ingredients but in the end they are high ABV cocktails that are best enjoyed ice cold and over ice. Would you drink a warm beer? You can also throw them in the freezer for 2-3 hours, to reach the recommended serving temperature of -3°.
If you're still unsure, plase send us an email at hello@drinksipclub.com within 30 days of your online purchase to requiest a refund (excl. shipping). We can only offer refunds for your first try of a product, and refunds are limited to one pack per person for online orders only. How about you order one of our multipacks to explore our range and then order what your tastebuds tell you 🤩.
Payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Master Card, PayPal, Direct Transfer, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds should take 3-7 business days to process, depending on your bank.
Is my payment information safe?
We will keep things between us - we won't store or sell your payment info!
Shipping & Delivery
How do you ship Sipclub & what is the shipping cost?
We ship directly from our warehouse in Berlin, Germany. Sipclub ships free for individual orders of EUR 55 or more, anywhere in Germany. For all other orders we sadly have to charge an extra fee, which is calculated at the checkout.
What is the delivery time?
That depends a bit on your location. We ship everything directly from Berlin, so the closer you are, the faster it goes. In Germany shipping times usually range between 1-4 days.
Do you offer express delivery?
No, at this time we do not offer express delivery options.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship within Germany at this time 🥺. We are working hard to expand to other European countries in the next months so keep your eyes open.
Why have I only received part of my order?
Bummer! We are really sorry for the inconvenience. Depending on your order size we migh have had to send multiple sipments because we can only fit that many 8-packs in each shipping box. Give it another 24 hours. If you have not received your full shipment until then, please reach out to our team at hello@drinksipclub.com!
I received a notification my package has arrived and it’s not here yet, what should I do?
Sometimes packages are marked as delivered even though they are still out for delivery. Please keep an eye out or contact the usual secondary delivery spots in your area (e.g. neighbors, parcel shops, kiosk). DHL requests that we wait 48 hours after delivery notifications (excluding Sundays and holidays!) to file a claim. If nothing turned up after that time, please follow-up with our team via hello@drinksipclub.com and we'll help you out!
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Can children consume Sipclub?
No. Sipclub cocktails contain high ABV sprits and range between 23%-32% vol. alc. Therefore consumtion for children and teens under the permissible (depending on your country) is forbidden and deemed as harmful.
Where can I find nutritional information?
As per the current Verpackungsgesetz (VerpackG, 94/62/EG) 2022 Sipclub is not required to publish nutritional information of the products because of their alcohol content. Is Sipclub peanut or tree nut-free?
While Sipclub is nut-free, two of our core ingredients are manufactured in a facility that also processes nuts. via https://www.drinksipclub.com/pages/contact
Is Sipclub GMO-free?
Yes.
Is Sipclub sweetened?
We do not use sweetener in any of our products except for those where it is part of the recipe. For example, our Daiquiri and Old Fashioned are build like their original recipe intends and therefore contain siple sirup or sugar respectively. Also the Negroni and Margarita contain sugar and fruit sugar from their original ingredients. For example Sweet Vermouth, Red Bitter or Triple Sec contain sugar or fruit sugar. Overall our cocktails offer a rather complex flavor profile and are definitly not too sweet if you compare them to others products in the category.
Is Sipclub organic?
Sipclub is not currently certified organic.
Does Sipclub contain caffeine?
No.
